Sage is here... and I am in love with her.

Sage is 4 lbs. 5 oz. and the most cutest reborn I've seen. Right now she's resting in her little basket and hold tight onto her doll. I wanna role play with her so bad.. like getting the bottle ready and all that jazz...lol but I'm good just looking at her. The Artist did an amazing job though I don't care for her skin being shiny... but it just reminds me that she's a doll.  Now I wait for my baby boy Jimin to come- Reborn preggers # 2.

Sage is in North Reading

So I have a scared moment when the postman came to me and said I left a package for you and wasn't sure if you received it. I didn't get anything- So now I'm mentally freaking out because on my tracker it says Sage is in transit but I have the postman claiming he made a delivery.

So He contacted his boss and was told that there's another truck that's coming out and just delivering packages. So I was reassured that if it was delivered it would appear on my package tracker.

I received a text message later yesterday saying she's in North Reading, MA so inshallah she will be here soon.

I think Sage is coming sooner than expected.

I just checked her tracking number and it marks today being the estimated time of delivery but I'm not sure.. .because if anything its more like she will be in MA  and either before or after Christmas she will be home with me.

 

I can't wait....

to play with her beautiful hair.

 

Target or bust

So I went to Marshall's then Target and racked up on more clothes for Sage and Jimin. I need to head out to Kmart and put some money down on their bassinets.  I'm going reborn shopping crazy. Next on my list are magnetic pacifiers for them both. I'm not sure if purchasing bottles will be next because I don't see myself  feeding them a bottle as they don't eat. Maybe as a prop I will have two bottles filled with "Milk" aka Baby Powder and water mix.

Just planning for baby is therapeutic for me because it gets my mind off of the craziness called my life. I could not  find my Drivers License nor Debt card all day. I came home about to have a panic attack and thought, "Put Sage and Jimin's clothes away." So I sat down and started folding the clothes and putting them in his and her laundry basket.  Don't you know I found my cards.

Now getting things in order for this UNIQUE hobby isn't cheap. I still need to work on my nursery. I saw this cute Hangul characters in baby/ kiddie color on ETSY. I'm so getting it... But other than that I don't know what else to buy.  

Sage kept me up

So all last night I felt her little body rumble  inside.  She due this coming weekend, actually after Christmas and so its coming down to the wire and I still don't have  all things needed for her... I am still split between cloth diapers or the regular ones. Now I'm up and sage is fast asleep. I pray her brother will be different when he comes... Be much calmer and not so anxious to come and see he world.

 I love looking at her  fauxtra sound of her. She so precious...  All cheeks.

KMART

Yesterday morning I had an urge to purchase some baby items of my Reborns.

I went to target and purchased pillow, laundry basked and baby blankets. I wasn't satisfied...

So instead I put on layaway two bassinets.

 

Before that I purchased two laundry baskets and was going to use it for the babies bedding BUT I have two cats and I don't want them to get in contact with them when I'm not around.

 

Also bought a bunch of clothes from the thrift store - Carter items for Sage and her little brother

 

I also bought two stuff animals for  my babies. I love being Reborn expecting... I wouldn't say reborn pregnant.

 

By next month I will have both my babies. Also bought Reborn essence for my babies and plan on getting some other item.

 

My goal is to transfer my bedroom into a nursery.

 

 

 

2015 New Hobby: Reborn dolls and why?

Hi and welcome. This will be a short blog.

I've decided to become a reborn mommy after  doing research for things to help my dad and his dementia. Reborn dolls appeared in my Google search as very therapeutic for such patients. So. I thought great I'll get him some monkeys. Then I started looking into the baby dolls and thought how cute...But out of all one stood out the most and I just had to have him.

This is a model of the doll. I fell in love with his face. So I decided I am getting my dad one- why not get me a Reborn doll too.  I went YouTube crazy looking for information about the Reborn Dolls and this Hobby.

 

 

 

 

There were even role playing as mommy to these dolls. Since my life is stressing I think having a reborn around would be relaxing.
